All trade accounts are now being handled directly by Alison. She is able to offer you tailor made solutions to your business needs and also negotiate better pricing and up to the minute discounts  using current market prices. It also allows volume clients to achieve excellent discounts.

Pricing ~ As a benchmark, whatever you see on this site is available to the trade at between 30%, giftsets are not included in the discount offer. Party Planners, retailers, stockists ~ If you are selling our products on in our label, we would ask that you use the RRP on the website.

Own label ~ Whatever you see on this site can be supplied in your label, we can also bespoke blend for you.

Accounts

1.       A minimum initial order value is £50,however for orders under £100, you will be charged shipping of £3.99.

2.       Trade accounts are operated strictly on a proforma basis and are open to all professionals, practitioners, retailers, shops, salons, spas, therapists, manufactures, crafters and students.

3.       Please include details of your business name, address and in your  email or for practitioners and therapists, the business name and address you operate from. For students, please provide details of the course and college you are attending. If you need any information, please don't hesitate in contacting us. 

5.       Trade is available on all products other than the sets, kits, aromatherapy & perfume kits and Mary's Prayer which are already discounted. Should you require to order a number of kits we can obviously negotiate accordingly.

6.       The trade discount cannot be used in conjunction with retail offers on this site or with any other offers.

7.       We accept payment for trade orders by bacs, card, bank transfer, cheque, paypal.

8.       UK Shipping is free on orders over £100 or charged at cost and is normally 3-7 working days where our label is being used. However it should be pointed out that trade orders always take precedence over retail orders. 

Own Label? We can label our products and oils in your label. Your label will look like ours but in place of our details, we will put your business name, address and contact details. If you are running in the same gold label as us, there isn't a set up charge, all we ask is that you order a minimum of 6 of each product as the labels are made in batches of 6. If you require a different colour label, there is a one off set up charge of £25. Normal trade discount is available for  your own label products. We will negotiate volume orders under volume terms, please talk to us.

Product Design & Bespoke Blending  See a product you like but would like it changed slightly or would you like your own product blending? We can do that to, we can also offer "Own label" here too. Again speak to us for more details. Pricing will be similar to our own product charges and trade discounts will be offered.
